Over the years of working with essential oils, I’ve noticed a natural process unfold over and over again. ⌇⌇⌇
It’s almost like the blossoming of a tightly-closed flower bud into a unique, gorgeous, fully-expressed bloom - and it happens when certain individuals choose to allow the spirit of these plant allies fully into their hearts. As they do this, they start noticing a greater sense of connectivity with life, and the secrets to holistic (mind, body, spirit) harmony naturally start revealing themselves as balance becomes restored on a cellular level.
This journey to becoming a self-healer is an awakening of sorts - it brings us into a space of remembrance about how much more freedom and ease we can experience when we lean into the rhythms of nature instead of resist them. It reminds us that it’s the heart, not the mind, that’s always in direct connection with nature, and the more we allow ourselves to connect with it, the clearer the communication will be.
When we reconnect with this ancient knowing, and experience the grace that its’ wisdom infuses into our life, we naturally start sharing what we’re discovering with our nearest-and-dearest (because we want them to be as happy and healthy as they can be, too) and hearing stories about the benefits the plants are bringing to their lives - and voila, a love affair with sharing essential oils is born.
Naturally, at this point - curiosity piques even more, and a desire to develop a deeper sense of education and competency around working with essential oils arises. Tendrils starting to reach out in different directions looking for trustworthy information and experiences to build a solid foundation with.
