Thanksgiving Diffuser Blends

It's Thanksgiving eve - and it's just the coziest.

I hope you already have a sense of how grateful I am to have you in my tribe, but to make one million percent sure - I want to shout it from the rooftops: I am so grateful for YOU! It's not lost on me that there are billions of  and blogs that you could visit - and your support means so much to me.  You make what I do worthwhile - so thank you for being you, and being here.  You are incredible.

Okay, so I know that lots of peeps are traveling and cooking and being festive in preparation for tomorrow - so I'll keep this (relatively) short, sweet and to the point.  I've had lots of questions around amazing diffuser recipes for holiday entertaining - so I'm gonna break down three that will make your Thanksgiving even more rad.

Each of these will benefit you and your guests emotionally and physically (and looord knows many of us need that during the holidays) - plus they smell incredible and will take the ambiance to the next level.

Also, quick side note in case you haven't heard me talk about why I prefer diffusers over candles before - the majority of candles (i.e. those made with paraffin wax) are incredibly toxic. And when I say incredibly, I mean incredibly.

Breathing in the soot that's released from paraffin candles is the equivalent of inhaling diesel fumes - which is terrifying.  So rather than making our house smell nice, we're actually filling the air with invisible carcinogens.  It's just as dangerous as second-hand smoke.

This soot can lead to everything from headaches, to lung, liver and kidney cancer.  And this isn't even including the large amounts of synthetic fragrance added to candles which majorly disrupts our hormones - or the toxicity from the heavy metals in many wicks that are commonly used.

Okay, so now that I've thoroughly Debbie Donwer-ed you (sorry, it's just because I love you!) - I'm going to turn that frown upside down, because with diffusers you not only avoid toxicity altogether, but you actually cleanse the air and surfaces in your home, while simultaneously benefiting everyones health AND making your house smell ah-mazing - all from the power of pure essential oils.

BOO YAH!  Here are my top 3 diffuser recipes for Thanksgiving festivities - I'm breaking down the top physical and emotional benefits of each one so you can ensure you have nothing to be ungrateful for tomorrow. Ha!
