Three Things
I'm constantly coming across articles, blog posts, people, and brands that are chock full of inspo and info that I want to share with you, so I figured I'd create a blog series called "Three Things" where I'll round up my current top three favorite links for your reading and perusing pleasure.
I feel like it makes a lot more sense to do it this way, rather than attacking your Facebook feed every single time I come across something awesome (don't worry, I'll still keep sharing a few on the 'book here and there).
I'll sift through piles of wellness and lifestyle content on the interwebs and deliver only the gems to your inbox - like the Marie Kondo of the blog-o-sphere.
Let's get this party started!
1. Getting excited to implement this sage advice re: a 30 second habit with a lifelong impact from, apparently, the most interesting man in the world.
2. Geeking out over the neuroscience of meditation and the virtues of shutting up - and getting even more giddy about the Vipassana meditation course that I'm currently taking. Effects include: reducing cognitive decline, rewiring the brain for more happiness + less stress, faster mental processing, enhancing the senses, greater memory retention, and so. much. more. Life-changing in the best way possible.
3. Mentally redecorating while browsing The Citizenry. There's not much I love more than a business with a solid mission - bonus points if they sell insanely beautiful, quality products to achieve said mission. They create sustainable partnerships with artisans worldwide to hand-make homewares using only local materials. On top of that, 10% of all proceeds are invested back into artisan communities.
